Vaibhav Suryavanshi cries hard after his dismissal in debut IPL innings

Young Rajasthan Royals batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi impressed many with his innings during the ongoing game against Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur is hosting the game between the two teams.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who opened the innings for the Rajasthan Royals in the ongoing game against Lucknow Super Giants, set the stage on fire with his innings. The young 14-year-old star announced his arrival in style as he hit six on the first ball that he faced.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi played some magnificent shots in his innings, and what was impressive was that even after being just a 14-year-old kid, he played international bowlers pretty easily. The left-hander looked comfortable against both spinners and pacers, taking his team off to a flying start.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi had no nerves on his first innings in the IPL as he looked very confident. With the way he was playing, it seemed that he would end up getting a half-century on debut. But he had an unfortunate end to his innings as he got stumped out.
On the 4th ball of the 9th over, Aiden Markram bowled a slower delivery that spun away after drifting in to beat the outside edge. Vaibhav Suryavanshi moved leg-side and was beaten in the flight as he pressed forward to work it into the leg-side and missed it.
The ball went past the leg-stump, and Vaibhav Suryavanshi lost his balance a bit as Rishabh Pant quickly dislodged the bails. The youngster’s back leg was in the air as the Lucknow Super Giants got their first wicket in the game.
What caught the attention of many was the reaction of Vaibhav Suryavanshi after getting out. The 14-year-old was distraught and was in tears as he was on his way back to the dressing room.
