Keeta Wants Full Custody Of Their Daughter

According to docs obtained by In Touch, Keeta Vaccaro is pushing for full custody of baby Capri and wants Hill limited to supervised visitation. Her reason? She doesn’t believe Hill can take care of their daughter by himself. She claims the athlete needs to “learn to respect boundaries and to place the baby’s needs over his own impulses and desires.” Additionally, Vaccaro is also asking the court to block Hill from leaving Florida with Capri without notice.

Tyreek Allegedly Threatened To Take Capri Out Of State To “Piss Her Off”

In her court docs, Vaccaro recalls an incident on Thursday, May 1, when the Georgia native pulled up to their former marital home to pick up Capri. But she wasn’t feeling his intentions. She alleges Hill was trying to use their little girl as a pawn to control her following their split last month. According to Vaccaro, Hill threatened to “really piss her off” by making the sudden decision to take Capri to Los Angeles. She says his comments made it “clear that he was not acting out of a desire to see the child, but out of a desire to scare” her. Vaccaro described his behavior as erratic, emphasizing that he allegedly doesn’t even know Capri’s sleep schedule or routines. Hill later texted Vaccaro, saying he had changed his mind about the LA trip and had decided to bring her home instead.

Keeta Filed For Divorce After A Tense Argument

Keeta Vaccaro filed for divorce on April 8, 2025, just one day after a heated domestic dispute at their Sunny Isles Beach home. As The Shade Room previously reported, the argument went down on April 7 when Vaccaro’s mom, Alesia Vaccaro, called 911. She alleged that Tyreek Hill threw a laptop and grabbed Capri amid the back-and-forth with Vaccaro. The Miami Dolphins star, who his mother-in-law described as “impulsive” and “aggressive,” was then said to have taken Capri to the 35th-floor balcony.

Alesia told dispatchers she feared for her granddaughter’s safety. Additionally, she asserted that the quarrel had started over Hill not spending enough time with the little girl. When cops finally showed up at their home, Hill reportedly told law enforcement officers, “I have the same rights as a father as a mother, and I can take my baby whenever I want.” No arrests were made, but Keeta was done, citing an “irretrievably broken” marriage. Outside of seeking child support, she has also requested spousal support and exclusive use of their Miami condo.
