Taylor Armstrong Believed Her Late Husband Was Going To Drown Her
Fans of “RHOBH” likely remember Taylor opening up to her castmates about some of the abuse that occurred in her relationship with Russell. She shared bits and pieces with Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof, Kyle Richards, and Camille Grammer.
However, in the new ID documentary, the Bravo reality star takes viewers even deeper, revealing more than ever before.
In the episode, as reported by the DailyMail, Taylor Armstrong said the abuse from her partner got so bad she thought he was going to drown her after he pushed her into a pool.
She said one time, when they were staying with a friend, Russell overheard the couple telling her that they would help her leave her marriage, and that sent him over the edge.

Russell Accused Taylor Armstrong Of Cheating On Her
During an earlier season of “RHOBH,” Taylor went with some of the cast to Las Vegas for a bachelorette party. While on the strip, the ladies visited a Chippendales show.

Taylor Says Her Daughter Doesn’t Miss Her Dad
After Taylor filed for divorce from Russell in July 2011, he died by suicide a month later. Taylor, who has one daughter, Kennedy, admitted in a previous interview that she brings Russell up in conversation from time to time. Still, her daughter doesn’t seem interested in speaking about him.
“I was saying, ‘Do you miss daddy?’ And she said, ‘No. N-O,” Taylor said. She went on to say that she tends to remind her daughter of the good times they had together as a family; however, that doesn’t seem to work either.
Taylor recalled her daughter saying, “‘Why would you miss a boy who screamed at you all the time?'”
Taylor Wept After Finding Russell’s Body
The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” star also spoke in depth about the day she discovered Russell’s body in 2011. She explained how she felt something had gone wrong because she couldn’t get in touch with him throughout the day.
“I’d been calling [Russell] all day, no answer, and I just knew something had gone wrong,” she stated. “And I went to the house … and my little girl was in the car with my assistant because I never assumed it was going to be something so catastrophic.”
