MS Dhoni smashes stupendous one-handed six off Shardul Thakur in IPL 2025, finishes the match
Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni came out all guns blazing with the bat in the ongoing game against Lucknow Super Giants. The 30th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 took place at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.
MS Dhoni, who walked out to bat at number seven, looked in ominous touch with the bat. The keeper-batter played some magnificent shots in his innings and kept his team in the hunt with his brilliant power-hitting against Lucknow Super Giants.
The highlight of his innings was the one-handed six that he hit against Shardul Thakur in the 17th over. On the last ball, the pacer bowled a slower ball outside off and it was in the slot. The keeper-batter was through the swing too early.
MS Dhoni’s bottom hand came off but he still got enough of it to smoke it over the midwicket boundary. With the six the crowd at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow went bonkers.
