Ryan Rickelton recalled after falling to Pat Cummins’ stunner as Heinrich Klaasen makes ‘shock’ blunder

Sunrisers Hyderabad keeper-batter Heinrich Klaasen made a big blunder behind the stumps during the ongoing game against Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The game between the two teams is underway at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
The incident happened on the 5th ball of the 7th over when Zeeshan Ansari was bowling to Ryan Rickelton. The leg-spinner bowled a delivery to which the Mumbai Indians batter slapped towards the cover, having failed to score off the previous three balls.
The ball went very fast towards Pat Cummins, who was at the covers. The Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper moved to his right and took a brilliant catch to give Zeeshan Ansari his first wicket and put pressure on the Mumbai Indians as they lost both their openers.

However, as Ryan Rickelton walked back to the dressing room, he was called back, and the ball was adjudged as a no-ball. The third umpire checked and found that Heinrich Klaasen had his gloves in front of the sticks when the ball made contact with the bat.
It was an extremely sloppy effort from Heinrich Klaasen as Ryan Rickelton got another life. Zeeshan Ansari was extremely unlucky, and the reaction on his face was a sullen expression.
