Florida information swimsuit towards Goal, claiming DEI initiatives ‘misled buyers’

(AP) — Florida’s new lawyer normal filed a federal courtroom lawsuit towards Goal on Thursday, claiming the low cost retailer chain “misled buyers” by selling variety, fairness and inclusion initiatives that prompted a backlash and harm gross sales, in the end costing shareholders.
